The girl at the service counter who was working has a TERRIBLE attitude. She was not helpful when I was looking for an advisory to go over my report. I also disappointed in the fact that I brought my car in to get a/c control knobs replaced and received my car with an air system that doesn’t recirculate or blow cold air. Neither of these things were showing any signs of malfunction and I am having a hard time believing that it’s because the car has “100k miles on it.” Extremely disappointed. More
