I needed service for my Jetta. I called and spoke with Kevin. I explained the situation with the car. I fold Kevin to call me not my husband because my husband was out of town. Kev I called and spoke with Kevin. I explained the situation with the car. I fold Kevin to call me not my husband because my husband was out of town. Kevin explained that it would be a skeleton crew on Saturday but he would call and give ME an update after he looked at the car. At this point Kevin puts MY phone number as the contact number and reads it back to me. My car was towed to Walnut Creek early Saturday AM. I received no call that day so I called at 4:00 and left a message for Kevin. Come to find out on Monday that Kevin contacted husband on Saturday and gave him an update… then my husband received a video of the problem on Monday. I on the other hand received nothing WTHeck! Does Kevin think women can’t handle car problems? What century is Kevin living in? Welcome to 2025 Kevin… we are equals. More
