We are also the proud parents of two Amazing German Shepherd’s ( I am totally crazy in love with my dogs). I am a transplanted Midwesterner and grew up in Kansas. (I’m ok with the Wizard of Oz jokes!). I have been with Toyota for fifteen years and my coworkers call me the Toyota Yoda. Even thought the oil changes are a free service if you purchased a vehicle there, and even though you have an appointment for this service, it still consistently takes over 3+ hrs to get it done. The last purchased a vehicle there, and even though you have an appointment for this service, it still consistently takes over 3+ hrs to get it done. The last time I was there I spent over FOUR hours just waiting on an oil change that I had an appt for. It already takes me over an hour to get there and I don’t want to wait that long for an oil change! More

My story on this purchase started a long time ago when a seed, a nugget found pay dirt when I was reading the original Chicken Soup of the Soul book. And I quote “On Christmas Eve when Paul came out of his office, a kid was walking around the shiny new car, admiring it. “Is this your car, Mister?” he asked. Paul nodded. “My brother gave it to me for Christmas.” The boy was astounded. “You mean your brother gave it to you and it didn’t cost you nothing? Boy I wish…” He hesitated. Of course, Paul knew what he was going to wish for. He was going to wish he had a brother like that. But what the lad said jarred Paul all the way down to his heels. “I wish” the boy went on, “that I could be a brother like that.” I am a proud Dad of a daughter who is about to graduate law school. Her story in short is that she graduated college many years ago and got a “real” job. She hated it. Years later she called her dad up and stated that she wanted to become a ski instructor and when to the Lake Tahoe CA area and worked at Heavenly Ski Resort. After the first season, she decided to become a ski patrol and part of the training required her to become an EMT. She loved the work and decided to become a Paramedic. About five later she called her dad explaining that she took the LSAT and her score allowed her to get into a prominent law school in Virginia. During her time as a paramedic, she got involved with search and rescue and trained with a beautiful German Shepard (my grand puppy) who as a “working dog with a badge” helped to find the lost. I really wanted to do something great for Shelby’s graduation. That is when all of you come into the picture. I started my search nearly a month before my purchase looking at the SUV market for something that would fit Shelby’s mountain lifestyle (300 to 400 inches of snow per year and some of the best back country driving in the country). Classy with brawn led me to the 2025 Toyota 4runner Trailhunter in Everest. I contacted not less that 40 dealers around the country including yours. Most did not have the vehicle on the lot. The ones that did have the vehicle or were expecting the vehicle soon were adding “market fee” or other names for extra profit over MSRP. I’m retired and was on a tight budget but wanted what I wanted. I missed my first communication with Beaver Toyota but around 7:00 PM on Tuesday May 6th Ibrahim Kindi called my cell phone. He stated that he was following up on an email one of his associates had sent. In this new world of internet sales, first impression means everything. More

Did not get a WOW with this experience - have in the past. Took two hours to get oil change and tire rotation with an appointment . Learned my lesson never get scheduled maintenance on a Monday. Had a pretty decent buying experience. It has been the after buying experience that I have had issues with. After purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle I need to come back in the follow It has been the after buying experience that I have had issues with. After purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle I need to come back in the following week to address a couple of concerns. Nothing major. So I contacted my salesman and told him I would be in on Saturday morning. Received a message on Saturday morning as I was about to leave for dealership saying something came up and he would not be able to be there until Tuesday. It is now Friday and haven’t heard a word from anyone. To me I got blowed off. Don’t know why I expected a little more from him but I did. So now looks like I will have to return there and have to be a not so nice guy to get my problems dealt with. Shouldn’t have to be this way. But other than this I had a good experience and loved the amenities the dealership offers while there. More
