Kevin L went above and beyond helping me to find the right Suv for me. He listened to all my wants and needs. First I was looking at the New escapes. Being disabled I needs a hoist lift in the back to h right Suv for me. He listened to all my wants and needs. First I was looking at the New escapes. I have been a long time loyal customer to another Ford dealership in the area, but since my sales guy retired my loyalty was no longer there. Emailed back and forth with Jeff and laid it out that we purchase new cars pretty often and we want to deal with the same people and faces. His response was "I want to be your new dealership, I've been here for 18 years so unless I get kicked out of the family I'll be here." SOLD! We were able to finalize everything but a test drive and final trade appraisal before we came in. 30 minutes in and out for that day and picked up the next afternoon. Kevin Lavoie and Roger Tallini were also super helpful and made for the painless experience. It says something when these guys have been there for almost 15 years each. Ford of Londonderry is our new dealership. More

High Pressure Tactics Boy, they really make you wait here. I was there ALL day - the salesperson left us to "check in" with the sales manager so many times. Given we are Boy, they really make you wait here. I was there ALL day - the salesperson left us to "check in" with the sales manager so many times. Given we are tough negotiators but I talked to another family with small children who had been there since the early morning and were there when we left at 5 pm. How long can buying a car take? We discovered that the for new cars - the internet price IS their price. There is no negotiation whatsoever. We drove a long way to basically discover that there was no wiggle room for the price. Disappointing If you like to pay full price - they do have a drinks fountain, snacks including ice cream and stuff. I guess it depends on your vehicle buying style. More
