I have been a frequent flyer of this dealership for all my maintenance needs for my own forester since 2020 (Justin in that department is their star employee), but my husband just bought a used forester fr my maintenance needs for my own forester since 2020 (Justin in that department is their star employee), but my husband just bought a used forester from them today as well. The whole team is fantastic. But I'd like to mention a few that made our experience more than stellar. Kevin, the sales manager, is truly so good at what he does, and is supremely knowledgeable. He has never once forgotten my name and how I like to be treated. Robert and Chuck dealt with us buying this most recent car, and we couldn't have been happier with their approach. A bazillion stars to the Crews Subaru team. We are loyal customers for life! More

Met me immediately at the door. Knew I was coming. The right people did what they needed to do to get my car in my hands in the time I told them I had. These guys were spectactular! I had to arrange a purchase from California as my daughter was coming to town to go to work. Kevin Madeo was excellent, provided great information an I had to arrange a purchase from California as my daughter was coming to town to go to work. Kevin Madeo was excellent, provided great information and was totally accessible. Josh the Finance Manger was great. They sent us all the paperwork in the mail and we got everything taken care of before we travelled. He arranged for someone there to pick us up at the airport. Car was ready and we got the presentation from Dan Holuba and then went on our way. Use these guys if you can! More

Aside from being a great product, the car-buying process here was actually enjoyable. Jim Gerow was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. At no time did we feel pressured. There were no cheesy sales tactics that I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. This was basically, "You want to buy a car, we'd like to sell you a car, but only if it's the right car for you." Jim was patient, answering all of our questions, pointing out the features and benefits, and just a nice person to deal with. Both Jim and Kevin made the car buying process enjoyable and easy. I highly recommend Crews Subaru. More

My salesman Mike M. was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Outback. He was very friendly and did not pressure me to make a decision or a purchase.
