As we are neither mechanics and the car basically is only driven 1-2 per week for short distances, it was difficult to understand these unexpected charges. While I truly enjoy my BMW, these repair charges were troublesome. Your “goodwill” discount of $200 on a repair of approximately $10,000 was hardly “goodwill”. Linda Zelley P.S.
