Smooth and easy service transaction. My first oil change was free and free is always nice. Got to meet with the service advisor who was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The mechanics from the shop came out to chop it up with me during their break and I couldn’t feel anymore comfortable with letting these guys work on my car. They could lay off the gas when spinning it around the block. But I get it. 😉 More

Treated like a walk-in Even though I made appointments no one was ready to assist me. When I first tried to buy a car you wanted to sell me what you had to sell. You took a deposit to locate a vehicle and never followed through so I went to another dealer. Now I set up service for a recall weeks in advance and not only isn't the part there but you take my vehicle and send me home walking only to call me back to tell me you can't do it. but you did find the effort to tell me you can do a service for about $400. More

My visit was less than satisfactory. I came in for oil change and mentioned that I had a slow leak in my front passenger tire. The service rep immediately told me that the tire machine wasn’t working, but change and mentioned that I had a slow leak in my front passenger tire. The service rep immediately told me that the tire machine wasn’t working, but they would take a look. When I was called back for my car, the service rep explained that my tire had a nail in it which only cost $7. At that point I mentioned that I had tire insurance. The service rep than told me that she would need to redo paperwork and it would take a while. I told her to forget it because I was on a hurry. Now I purposely didn’t mention I had tire insurance earlier because I find that at many dealerships when you ask for extra they tell you that the guy who does that is out sick or the machine doesn’t work. I also believed that when my profile came up, it would show I had the insurance. I am not stressing the $7, but I believe you should be because it is turning what would have been a good review into a bad one. It’s 2020, not 1980. I’m going to let you know that “the guy is out sick,” the machine doesn’t work”and “let me go talk to my manager” do not work anymore. Haven’t for a while now. Let’s put in a little more effort and do better! By the way, you are only company I pay a bill to that didn’t offer some type of debt relief. And hey! How about an oil change coupon every once in a while???!! One without the fine print bs. We’re on to that too. The girl that helped me is not listed below, and more importantly, I do not blame her. I’m sure she was trained this way by someone who was trained this way More
