My husband and I had a long day on 8/13/22. We were out car shopping since 9am and had nothing but issues. We were treated poorly at some dealerships and we were lied to at others. In the end We were out car shopping since 9am and had nothing but issues. We were treated poorly at some dealerships and we were lied to at others. In the end we tried one more before giving up at about 4pm. Our last stop was at Culver City Chevrolet. Our salesman Kevin was the most kind and very helpful person we encountered all day. To make a long story short, our salesman Kevin and the Manger Luis really went above and beyond to help us and get us the best deal. We ended our day with a new car and were very pleased with service and helpfulness of these 2 amazing gentlemen. THANK YOU!!! More

Kevin was great to work with! I have been working with Kevin since the beginning of the year on purchasing a Chevy Bolt. The Bolts were supposed to be delivered to the dealership I have been working with Kevin since the beginning of the year on purchasing a Chevy Bolt. The Bolts were supposed to be delivered to the dealership in April and GM kept pushing the date back of when they would be delivered. Kevin kept in touch with me weekly and made sure any information he received he passed along. The cars finally started coming in and he made sure as soon as the model I wanted was delivered he held it for me. He made sure the deal we worked out months ago was still honored by the dealer ship. More

This dealer is by far the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I bought a car out of state and guess what they did not even give me a temp tag and is lagging in giving my lend had the displeasure of dealing with. I bought a car out of state and guess what they did not even give me a temp tag and is lagging in giving my lender the title. So basically I have a car I cannot drive. Do yourself a favor do not buy from this company they made everything complicated!!! I am not happy about the deal because again my car arrives today and I cannot even drive it. More
