I love my new 2018 Leaf EV, and the enthusiasm, knowledge and interest shown in this car by the staff — and in making sure I'm happy with my purchase — has been there right from the beginning: with Angelo Kastani in sales and most recently by Chuck Schnitker in the service dept. I am so pleased to be treated as an individual who is just as enthused by the tech as they are and just as capable of understanding it — with never a hint of condescension. This has been the best experience I've ever had, by far, in purchasing a new car. 2018 Titan experience Jason Ryndak and Kevin Massey are the reasons why i gave the rating that i did. If it wasnt for these 2 outstanding gentlemen we would of went to Toyo Jason Ryndak and Kevin Massey are the reasons why i gave the rating that i did. If it wasnt for these 2 outstanding gentlemen we would of went to Toyota and bought a Tundra and leased a camery. Dealing with Kevin Massey in the service department in the past with my 2013 Titan I always knew Kevin would do all he can for me if i had any issues with my 2013 Titan. Having Jason Ryndak as my salesmen was a good time and never really felt like i was dealing with your stereotypical "Cars Salesmen". He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was able to answer any questions I had for him. I would recommend him to people looking to buy a vehicle. When a pitcher throws a no-hitter after the game he takes his catcher out to the best restaurant in town and that's what Lokey Nissan management staff should do with Kevin Massey and Jason Ryndak. More
