Emergency Help The passenger window mechanism failed and the window would not stay up. Which was a major problem since the car sits out. I called and the Service A The passenger window mechanism failed and the window would not stay up. Which was a major problem since the car sits out. I called and the Service Advisor, Kevin, said bring the car in ASAP. I did so and by the next day the car was fixed. Very pleased with the incredibly fast service.
