Great experience. Everyone was cognizant of the Covid guidelines and we always felt comfortable. When I came in, I told CJ I wanted to be wowed. Boy was I. There is a lot to learn with all the safety guidelines and we always felt comfortable. When I came in, I told CJ I wanted to be wowed. Boy was I. There is a lot to learn with all the safety features in my new Outback. I knew I would go home and read my manual cover to cover because that is what I do. Still, I was overwhelmed by all the capabilities my car has. Our previous car was very old school with just the basics. I think CJ’s greatest attribute is his enthusiasm and knowledge. He showed us how to use the safety features and explained why they work so well. He also helped me set up some of the simpler personal settings before I even left the lot. I was wowed! More
