Tucson Subaru is fortunate to have KMac as a sales associate. He thoroughly explained all the safety features of the Forester I was test driving. Two days later he did the same thing as my wife test d associate. He thoroughly explained all the safety features of the Forester I was test driving. Two days later he did the same thing as my wife test drove the car. Not having bought a car in more than a few years, it was comfortable to complete the sale and do the copious paperwork to finalize it. While doing this, the car was gassed up and prepped for me to take home. I'm glad I chose the Forester model and it was a pleasure to work with the associates at Tucson Subaru in the sales process. With the low availability of the model we wanted during the COVID factory shut down, we ordered a new 2021 model on th Overall a great car delivery. With the low availability of the model we wanted during the COVID factory shut down, we ordered a new 2021 model on the first day the factory accepted orders and got delivery on Oct 9th. This was by far the most pleasant car delivery of any we have experienced over the years. Kevin got the paperwork started and gave us a tour of the facility, showing us how the service department works. He also explained the maintenance provided with the car. Jennifer got through all the paperwork with a very easy and efficient manner. Finally Kevin spent considerable time explaining how the myriad of equipment and options on the car work. We are looking forward to the Love-Encore visit after we drive around for a couple of weeks. More
