He steered us toward just the right car and then -- with help from Kevin -- got all the paper signed, etc. I understand that it was his first new car sale and I was impressed with how "the gang" rallied round to help him and us. A good learning experience for all of us! I had had no idea how much was involved in the purchase of a car. I thought you pointed and said, "That one," wrote a check and drove it home. I do wish the manufacturers weren't so enamored of blah colors! Kudos as well to Jennifer who did the numbers! More

Extraordinary! Best time I have ever had buying a car. Kevin McDougall, the sales representative was the most courteous and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with when looking for, and finally buying Kevin McDougall, the sales representative was the most courteous and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with when looking for, and finally buying a car. He made the process an enjoyable experience for myself and my wife. There was never any pressure only a helpful caring buying environment. He skillfully explained and demonstrated the various safety features of the Outback we were interested in. Curt McHenry, the finance manager/paperwork guy, was also very courteous and understood that this was not our first time purchasing a car. He was thorough, but also knew what did and did not require extensive explanation in processing the necessary paperwork. Consequently, he made it a fairly "painless" and quick process. Something that was muchly appreciated. It was also a pleasure to meet Loren Henry and provide him direct feedback on how dealing with Tucson Subaru in the purchase of a new car had been such a lovely experience...something that was clearly an extraordinary one. More
