The entire experience was 5 stars except for Clarence in the financial paper work section. It appears he hates his job. No personality AT ALL. Met with him twice and it was the same both times. We were able to agree on a deal that we both liked, and I bought the car. It was a fairly simple process, just the usual bunch of paperwork, which they did digitally and gave to me on a flash drive, which is great so that I can transfer any of the files I need for insurance purposes with no issues.
