I do not know who Diamond Harris is. Kevin Mosley and David Ray were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. They were cognizant and observed the CDC safety guidelines. Kevin explained the K5 in a manner in which I had very few questions when he was finished. He was confident with the components and functions of the interior and exterior of the car. He explained and demonstrated options that were unfamiliar to me. I would definitely ask for Kevin Mosley when I am ready to purchase my next Kia, and I would refer him to friends and family members. I was very pleased with the service offered at Kia AutoSport of Columbus. More

Didn’t feel as thought my credit score got me the deal it should have gotten me. My concerns (trade-in value, monthly payment, & APR) going into the purchase felt like they were disregarded and all ended up should have gotten me. Kevin was amazing! We did an at-home test drive. He brought the car we were interested in to our house, drove around with us, and answered ALL of our questions. This purchase was for my daughter and w brought the car we were interested in to our house, drove around with us, and answered ALL of our questions. This purchase was for my daughter and we wanted it to be a surprise. So, he even went out of his way to drop us off in the used car area to trick her into thinking we bought her this ugly purple Scion. He found one of those giant car bows and put in on the hood, so when I made her scavenger hunt the lot for the right car, she would know which one it was. He stayed after hours to make all this happen, which I cannot thank him enough for. Would highly recommend Kevin as a sales professional. Was not pushy or intimidating in any way! More
