The sales person I dealt with was kevin pereira. He quoted me at 7% interest rate for the Ford Mustang electric car that I wish to purchase rather than 0% interest rate that was actually available. Based on that wrong information.I decided to lease rather than buy the car. I found out about the correct interest rate after I had signed the contract. I also discovered that the decision costs me about ten thousand more to buy the car than it would have if I'd simply bought the car that night. When I asked him why he had quoted me the wrong rate , he replied , "i'm not the business manager." By the way, the business manager later proved to be as gracious and helpful as he could be under the circumstances when I decided to buy out the lease and end my business relationship with Empire Ford. This dealer is very shady, they changed the price of the vehical online from when we started talking to the price quote they gave me. When they gave me a price quote they snuck in another $500 compared to w vehical online from when we started talking to the price quote they gave me. When they gave me a price quote they snuck in another $500 compared to what we talked about on the phone and when I questioned this, they said they just sold this vehical for more money. All this time I made mention numeriouse times to give them my CC to hold the car. To book ALL used vehicals are discounted in thier price by $3000 and then they add it back in when they give you a price. Buyer be ware! More

By far the worst experience I've had buying a car.
