Vehicle had it appeared a common transmission problem of rough shifting , delayed engagement and was getting worse. Knowledgeable representative Getting information earlier in the day would have been helpful. The appointment was set for 9:30 am and we didn't hear anything until after 3 pm which is a long time for what en in the day would have been helpful. The appointment was set for 9:30 am and we didn't hear anything until after 3 pm which is a long time for what ended up being a battery change. We also didn't appreciate the extra charges not disclosed upon agreement. Additionally, the cost of a battery replacement is likely more than twice the cost at a non-dealership location. More

Brought vehicle in for transmission shifting problem. Ford requires test and approval for extended warranty to order parts and repair which I believe delays repair time.
