Knowledgeable representative Getting information earlier in the day would have been helpful. The appointment was set for 9:30 am and we didn't hear anything until after 3 pm which is a long time for what en in the day would have been helpful. We also didn't appreciate the extra charges not disclosed upon agreement. Additionally, the cost of a battery replacement is likely more than twice the cost at a non-dealership location. More

I will say do not ever, I mean EVER take your vehicles to them because they will tell you it will be ready in 1 week but instead that one week turns into 6 months. It’s better to trash your vehicle than to them because they will tell you it will be ready in 1 week but instead that one week turns into 6 months. It’s better to trash your vehicle than to take it to them. They will also steal your money without any repairs then tell you we still need to repair more things and charge you more. I have paid 19 thousand dollars for my Ford 550 to get repaired and yet the truck still had the same issues, now they are telling me the turbo is leaking and I have to pay another $6000 for that. So please do not waste your time and money with them. More
