He followed up with me after my initial test drive to see if I had any additional questions. The experience was quite smooth and service was great. Nothing deters me more than a smarmy salesman. Pablo wasn't pushy at all, and honest when he didn't know something (the car I was considering wasn't Nissan, so I don't blame him). He was quick to answer questions to the best of his ability and had great communication throughout the process. In the end he got me a very fair price. The financing part wasn't as long and arduous as I thought it would be, either. Considering I had my own financing and I lived/worked too far to be able to get the paperwork started, Pablo and Evan were able to fax info that my credit union needed in a timely manner. By the time I showed up the second time to finalize the deal and sign papers, Richelle really helped make things clear (and is so personable, to boot). Thanks for making this stressful process relatively pain-free! More

Upon arrival to the dealership he introduced me to his GM Majed who took great care of me. My wife (eagle eyes) found every single tiny blemish on the car and Majed took care of them promptly and with sincere effort. He even gave my lil girl a soccer ball to play with while we worked out the paperwork. Pablo was also very helpful in making sure we were attended to the whole time and sat me down to explain the features of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. All in all this dealership went above and beyond any others we have dealt with. Will definitely do business again. Hopefully to trade up to a Nismo ;) More

Everyone was polite, friendly and super knowledgeable. After Kevin, I worked with Richard, aka Richie. He took me for a spin and gave me the rundown of all the features. He was great. Seth worked with me to get what I needed on my trade. I drove a beautiful, brand new, off the show room floor, Murano home! I am in love, or maybe it's lust! Anyway, I feel great about my purchase. Richelle sold me on the warranties, which in the past I always declined. I want this car for a long time, and I feel confident the warranties will give me return on investment. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family, for sure!! More
