We went back to the original dealer and the comment was "you should wait until 2017" from the salesperson. Feeling dissapointed we found Videon and never looked back! The dealer was very accomodating to our specific Jeep options and was terffic in helping us get a brand new Cherokee. Kevin (our salesperson) was very professional and easy to deal with. We had a good idea of what we were looking for; however, when narrowed down to a couple of model variations and colors, Videon did not have the exact combinations we were choosing between on the lot. Kevin worked with us tirelessly for a week to help us get comfortable with our ultimate decision, showing us many variations and combinations, until the stars seemed to align and our dream car arrived on the lot. I had some questions about leasing and Kevin made me feel welcome and comfortable about introducing me to the leasing specials the dealship had. I didn't even come there expecting I would get the Jeep Compass, let alone a brand new one. I came with a plan and shared that with Kevin. He respected my budget and stayed within that.
