She then referred me to Kevin who was like a sales cyborg --except he was very personable—and processed all of the specifics of my situation and put me behind the wheel of the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. The final step was making the deal official with Melissa from Finance. She was clear, concise, not to mention refreshingly honest and surprisingly cheery considering she had logged 12+ hours at the office that day! Kevin Roman gave me a bottom line price and I ordered from the factory the exact Jeep with the options I wanted (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara). Kevin estimated 5 weeks until I received the car but it came in 2 weeks early! When I arrived the next day the car was immaculately detailed and was perfect.
