She then referred me to Kevin who was like a sales cyborg --except he was very personable—and processed all of the specifics of my situation and put me behind the wheel of the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. The final step was making the deal official with Melissa from Finance. She was clear, concise, not to mention refreshingly honest and surprisingly cheery considering she had logged 12+ hours at the office that day!
