Great buying experience! We wandered into The Sharpest Rides after a disappointing look at a car in another dealership down the street. As we walked in, Kevin Sharp (the owner We wandered into The Sharpest Rides after a disappointing look at a car in another dealership down the street. As we walked in, Kevin Sharp (the owner) greeted us and shook our hands. He then introduced us to a sales representative that he said he highly recommended by the name of Frenchy. Frenchy made conversation with us, trying to get to know what it was that we wanted, as we walked around the lot taking a look at some of the cars. As we explained what we needed, Frenchie guided us towards cars that would best fit our needs. He was brutally honest as we walked around the lot, telling us when we could get more car for the money, or pointing out damage that we may have missed. He definitely made us feel like he was looking out for us. We ended up finding what turned out to be a fantastic car for our needs. We got a really great deal and felt great walking out of the dealership! I can't say that the time flew by while we were filling out paperwork, car buying is just awful and takes forever. However, Darryl in the finance department kept it moving as quickly as he could as we went through the process. We did notice a couple of issues with our beautiful new car; the alignment was off and the rubber seal around the sunroof was dangling. They happily agreed to fix those items for us. We were able to drive the car off the lot that day and bring it back a couple of days later to have the repairs done. Hubby was WAY too excited to leave the lot that day without his shiny new car! All of the people that I came across during my (somewhat lengthy) visit were polite and friendly people. All the employees seemed happy to be there and joked around with each other in the office. It definitely had a relaxed vibe, which put us at ease. At the end of the day, I think we got a great car for a really good value. I would recommend The Sharpest Rides to my friends who are in the market for a new vehicle. We will also be coming back to check the selection here for our next car purchase! It was pretty pleasant considering what it was! If you can't tell by this point, I enjoy buying cars about as much as I enjoyed having my teeth drilled! But they made it as tolerable as possible, and even more importantly we walked out of there with an amazing new car at a really fair value! More
