As neither my wife or myself are very tech savvy, Andy showed exceptional patience an capably, and efficiently led us through the car buying process. Andy also made us feel very confident that we received an excellent price for our Audi. At 71 years, I never felt that online car buying would be an option at my age, but Andy has changed my mind.
