It was obvious that all the staff members were no strangers to good customer service. Janis and I had only been to one other dealership and the difference in the sales approach was very positive at Malouf. We had an issue with the vehicle after 4 days and I contacted Todd Nebbia. Within a half hour we got a call from Randy in the CPO Service Department and we brought the car in that day. We are hopeful that the problem will be solved quickly and we can say the same positive comments about Malouf's service department. More
