Our salesman Bob Evenou outlined clearly item by item to get to my monthly payment and then further helped me to get an even better deal. I always dread seeing the finance guy. I braced myself for pressure to extend warranties etc. Kevin Szelag turned out to be a gentleman. Kevin not only was able to get my payment lower but work out a reasonable extended warranty and gap insurance based on my needs. Will go back to this dealership without hesitation. More

Choose another dealer This place is exactly what you fear in a car dealership. They boldface lied about multiple things!! For instance the money factor on lease which they stated was set by Chevy, well at least that part is true but they practically doubled it from true rate of 1.75 to 3.17 which was for our credit score which was in 800s. They also said they would throw in all weather mats when they already came with car as well as 2 free oil changes. Found our Chevy offers free oil change and tire rotation for all leases for the first 24,000 or 2 years. Also, said had to be 39 month lease- not true and more expensive, 36 was allowed. Also, promised to pay one of last lease payments but then just added to cost. Failed to subtract money down so had we signed it would have just been extra money in their pockets. They tried to act like it was a mistake but too many lies. And if it was a mistake they never said sorry or tried to make right. Other Chevy dealers came in w 50% less down and payments $36 dollars cheaper than them. However, in the end they wouldn't trade car with them to sell to me saying it wasn't allowed w dealer cars - but that's not true either! Be a business- make money- but don't lie and try to deceive. Chevy has great products but not everyone selling them matches up to their products. My advice, try another dealer! Other advice, if they do this or have done this to you file a complaint with GM or Better Business Bureau. Warn others on sites like this so people know!! More

Even though they didn't have the car on the lot, Andrew was very helpful in setting up the paper work, and working with Joe to help find the car I wanted with the best price possible. They were upfront with everything, and didn't try to play tricks or hide information. They found the car for me a couple days later and Andrew was great with staying in contact with me, and when the car would be ready to pick up. When picking up the car Andrew was very helpful showing me the features on the car along with helping me thought the process, since it was my first time buying a new car. Kevin made the paper work process fast and easy and didn't try push me towards items I didn't want. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and will recommend Malouf Chevrolet for any friends or family looking for a new Chevy! More

I found a 2015 SRX in the colors I wanted and visited the Malouf Cadillac showroom. Dennis Sloyan met with me and showed me the car and let me take it out for 2-3 test drives. The vehicle has low mileage, and Dennis worked with me to get a lower interest rate. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was all ready for me and Dennis spent a lot of time with me to show me all the features and set up the trial OnStar and Sirius XM radio features. Dennis is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I would definitely work with him again and visit Malouf again when I'm looking for another car. Kevin in Finance was easy to work with too. More

I would highly recommend Malouf Cadillac and Dennis is the best, he answered all my questions and I had a lot and really took his time going over everything including making me feel comfortable through the whole process. I would absolutly recommend Malouf Cadillac and Dennis Sloyak to anyone interested in a chevy or cadillac, I had a great over all experience. More
