AVOID this particular dealership. Bought a new car from them, and trying to resolve all the ongoing problems with the car has been a total and ongoing nightmare!!! They obviously did not inspect or test drive this car, but sold it straight from the transport truck. A large bolt was missing from a lower control arm. Bumper rattle kit installed after major recall, never provided a level 2 adapter for charging. They denied knowing of any recalls on the newer Ioniq models, currently being assembled in a new plant in Georgia. Numerous calls, but no solutions or resolutions, just a lot of boasting on how many cars they’re selling, and how good they are. Getting some help from local Hyundai dealership but AVOID motor city in Colorado Sprongs at all cost. Steve Krohn general manager pretty worthless on help. Very dissatisfied customer. More

The sales department engages in fraud and disinformation. I’m an Uber driver, their salesman and manager conned me into a lease, saying mileage doesn’t matter so long as I traded into another lease at the en I’m an Uber driver, their salesman and manager conned me into a lease, saying mileage doesn’t matter so long as I traded into another lease at the end. 6 months and 32k miles later they pull me in and tell me it’s suddenly going to be a problem after all. They forced me transition into a loan for a car I never intended to finance. The service department engages in criminal activity. I was told at 35k miles on the Ioniq 5 that the “reverse gear fluid” needed changing and would cost around $150.. a few weeks later I tried to schedule it and they quote $900.. after a bit of research I found out it’s $91 worth of fluid, and 1/2 hour of labor. Best part is, the fluid only has to be INSPECTED at 35k, in most cases it never needs changing. More

UPDATE: Luis called me shortly after I posted my original review. He didn't receive my voicemail due to the way the phone system is set up, so no fault of his own. Luis authorized for the windshield to be replaced and has made this situation right. However, it shouldn't have taken me posting a bad review for this situation to be sorted. I have been left with a soured opinion of this dealership and stand by my 1 star reviews of all the other employees I interacted with during my experience except for Luis. Only one person being willing to do the right thing is not enough to change my opinion. I will not return to make a purchase from this dealership again in the future nor do I recommend anyone work with Josiah to make a purchase here. An entire dealership full of snakes. Josiah Richardson and Zachary Wessler sold me a Certified Pre-Owned Palisade on 05/17/25. The windshield was cracked and I was assured by both Josiah and Zach that the windshield would be fixed. It wasn't. When I picked up the vehicle the windshield is still cracked ad the dealership refuses to do anything to fix it. They claim that they "filled" the cracked on the outside to prevent it from spreading further however they will not fix the entirely still visible crack on the inside. They basically threw a bandaid on instead of replacing the windshield because the car was already sold, they're cheap, and this whole dealership is a den of snakes. Josiah has been zero help since completing the purchase. I spoke with Christopher Sandy and Kevin Thomas about the issue. Chris was rude and no help at all. Kevin said, "well is there a number we can just write you a check to replace the windshield at a later time." After that comment, just take accountability and replace the windshield now. Called Luis Cremidis and left a voicemail because he's the sales manager. Luis never even bothered to return my call. Chad Turner the pre-owned sales manager is always unavailable and when he is at the dealership refuses to talk on the phone. Chad signed off on the "fill" of the windshield and decided that leaving the windshield cracked was perfectly acceptable. After completing the purchase my experience with this dealership and majority of its staff has been unacceptable and unprofessional. They sold us a vehicle with a cracked windshield with the assurance it would be fixed and now refuse to fix it. More
