Excellent Car Buying Experience Couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience. I travelled from out of town and it was well worth the trip. The car was priced very fairly and they were willing to work with me on my trade-in. My salesman Kevin was a total pro and went above and beyond to help get me in my new Ford Explorer. He spent a half hour after the sale was made making sure I was familiar with all the car’s features. I was greeted by both the owner and the dealership manager during my visit and I genuinely felt like they cared about their customers and doing business the right way. Five stars isn’t enough. I will strongly consider making the 2.5 hour drive again next time I have to purchase a vehicle. More

Once we decided on the Fusion, he went the extra mile to get us all the rebates he could. He gave us a very generous trade-in for our Taurus too, making the final price very reasonable. Todd, the financial guy, was also very nice and friendly. When I picked up the Fusion, Kevin took the time to sit in the car with me and showed me where everything was, as I hadn't had a car with the big touch screen before. That was greatly appreciated. We've bought several cars from Mike Murphy Ford, and have always had a great experience. Mike Murphy himself even came over to us to say hello and offer us coffee or water. We thought that was a nice touch. More

As most of you know there are car dealers on ev For the third time in one year I found myself heading back to Mike Murphy Ford to buy another new car. As most of you know there are car dealers on every corner, but none of them will treat you or give you that amazing experience like the people of Mike Murphy. Just like the commercials say "price sells cars" and at Mike Murphy when you combine the rebates with the excellent friendly service there isn't any place I would rather go. My sales guy Kevin and the financial manager Alicia always make buying from Mike Murphy such an amazing experience for us. Also, Mike Murphy himself makes it a point to walk around and introduce himself and shake the hands of his customers unlike most owners who hide in their office to stuckup to say hi. Out of all of the places that sell cars in our area there isn't any place that I would want to do business with again but Mike Murphy Ford. So if you're in need of a new or used vehicle stop by Mike Murphy and ask for Kevin and while you're there pop in and say hi to Alicia they will both make your buying experience the best that it could be.
