I've gotten at every other dealership in the past. If Kevin didn't know the answer to my questions, he said he didn't know for sure and got back to me with the correct answer instead of just making something up. As a woman, I felt comfortable with the process and was never made to feel as though I was an afterthought, even though I was the buyer and the one with the checkbook. Great Experience with Kevin Towle I had been looking for a late model low mileage Ford Fiesta for my daughter. I saw what looked to be a great deal on an internet site and then looked I had been looking for a late model low mileage Ford Fiesta for my daughter. I saw what looked to be a great deal on an internet site and then looked up the car on the Mike Murphy web page. I drove to the dealership after work the next night and initially had to wait to see a salesperson since they were all with other customers. Kevin Towle finished with someone and said he'd help me. He got the car off the auxiliary lot and we went for a test drive. I had done my homework on the car and really didn't have many questions. Kevin gave me an interesting look into the business of selling cars. We talked price and I told him I'd have to talk with my daughter. He was off work the next morning, so I got a call from the sales manger, confirming the price Kevin and I had talked about and a final out-the-door price. I agreed (for my daughter) to buy the car. The next evening my daughter and I drove the 70 miles back to Mike Murphy Ford and completed all the paperwork. Kevin was outstanding in explaining things to my daughter and making sure everything about the car was just right. Todd Brekke was great in finishing the paperwork. Mike Murphy introduced himself the first night I was there and then stopped by to say hi the second night. The showroom is loaded with awards for outstanding service. I can see why. Although I have not bought many cars from car dealerships, I can state that this experience was truly superior to the others. He presented me with options and although I went in with the idea of purchasing a used vehicle; he was able to direct me to this Eco Sport which not only met my needs, was in budget, but is also a new vehicle with the extended warranty. For me the size of the Eco Sport is just right, and with its history and use in the overseas market; I am comfortable with it being a new vehicle in the North American market. Things I like about the Eco Sport: Size- not too big, not too small Front seating - plenty of room Height - easy to get into and out of Ride - smooth and easy to turn Rear Cargo Door - opens out instead of up Kevin took the time to go over all the gadgets on the dash and the interior of the Eco Sport. Kevin did a wonderful job of presenting this vehicle and representing the Mike Murphy Ford dealership and the Ford Motor Company. Levi worked with the financing, making the contacts; his efforts produced an even lower borrowing rate for me. How excellent is that! More
