Then, throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. In fact, James was super attentive, forthcoming, and patient with me, answering all of my questions, showing me several vehicles, and really taking the time to make sure that I felt I was making the right choice for me. He was very genuine in his approach, showing me that he really cared. He was not at all abrasive and never did I feel like I was being "sold". He also made sure that I was well taken care of when it came to the financing part. Together with Kevin, the financing part was completely seamless and they streamlined the entire process from A to Z taking a lot of the stress off of me. These guys made buying my first car a breeze! I highly suggest bring in a pre-approval, as it helped speed up the process. I wanted the car right in the middle of the sales floor, and without hesitation David ran, got the keys, and pulled the vehicle out for a test drive. We came back inside and David went straight to work on the best deal he could do for me. I wanted a few things taken off of the price, and David and Matt were able to make things work for me. I got into the financing office, and the outstanding Customer Service continued. Kevin had to stay late as I was the last customer of the day, and not one time did he make me feel rushed. He was also able to work with me, and make sure my vehicle was covered without me having to stretch my finances too thin! I couldn't have had a better experience for buying my first New car. Huge shoutout to the guys down in Scottsdale! More
