Kenosha Honda is usually awesome in their service department. I’m usually a promoter. This time y’all missed the mark in my service. I got an oil change and asked to have someone look at my catalytic department. I’m usually a promoter. This time y’all missed the mark in my service. I got an oil change and asked to have someone look at my catalytic converter as it was making noise and the check emissions system light came on. I was told you didn’t have a master tech in and I’d have to make another appointment even though this info was in the original appointment details. Three days later I had an exhaust place look and the pipe between my cc and the muffler was completely rusted through and not connected at all. Someone was actually under my car and failed to see that at Kenosha Honda. Disappointed More
