I am a Business Manager for Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. I was born in Chicago but grew up in Hillside and attended Proviso West High School and Triton College. I have a daughter and a son. I got into the auto industry by accident. As an accounting student in college, I went to see my uncle to buy a car. He decided I needed to "learn something", so he got me a "part-time" sales job. I loved it and decided to pursue it as a career! I have been in the business for 13 years and with Advantage since December 2006. I am AFIP Certified (Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals). I assist our guests in all areas involving their auto financing needs, including warranties. My main responsibility is to secure loans for sub-prime individuals and my goal is to help every guest, regardless of their credit history. I have established lasting relationships with several lenders over the years and that enables me lots of opportunities to help you, our guest.

Terrible! worked 3 days with a nice salesman Doc to buy a van.Manager Alexander sent me a sales workorder for the van as I am in bad health and out of state! H worked 3 days with a nice salesman Doc to buy a van.Manager Alexander sent me a sales workorder for the van as I am in bad health and out of state! He was NOT the salesman! I Asked to give a deposit and was told they dont take deposits but if I go to my bank and get a bank check for the full amount,send a picture to them that would hold van.After a full day at the doctor I came home, ran out got bank check and sent picture. They sent out papers for me to sign via overnite UPS! 2 hours I get a call from Mr Alexander cancelling my sale as he decided to sell to someone else! PS he is the one that wrote up the sales workorder and sent to me!I was previously in the car business and NEVER would have done this to anyone! Stay Away from this man and business! Total Scam! Its a shame how a bad apple can ruin a whole bunch! He should be fired, but I believe in Karma and one day hopefully he will be very disappointed by someone when he is trying to buy something! More

Whenever I'm there everyone is so kind and helpful. The prices in Service are amazing. I prefer to go to Chevy rather than Kia because of the pricing. Just had the worst experience ever! Was going to buy a used car from Advantage Chevrolet. We were paying cash and had a bank check for the amount (we were there the day before and test Was going to buy a used car from Advantage Chevrolet. We were paying cash and had a bank check for the amount (we were there the day before and test drove it. Drove another hour and a half the next day to pick up the car. We asked if it had a full tank and were told they don't do that. I responded by saying that would be in my review. The sales person talked to his manager and came back with " we will send you a gas card after you give us a good review". I asked how much was the gas card worth. He stated 25 dollars. We laughed! The manager then came over chewing gum ( which I find rude while talking to customers) and said they don't feel that they want to do the deal. We then said " fine", and left the dealership. We decided this as we don't need a car. We were looking for a second car. More
