Great service experiences I have gotten for the past 4 years since I purchased my RDX. Khang has always taken good care of me every time I bring my car in for service. One suggestion to make is that let’s hope the managment team is able to retain good Service Advisors, as I have encountered working with several Service Advisors prior. It’s time to purchase my wife’s RDX as the lease was ending. We trying to work things out with the dealership we purchased it at, but they chose to play a lot of games and come over with a lot of charg ending. From the first conversation, I had with Adam at Goodson Acura they have been nothing but straightforward and accommodating to make this happen. No games no hidden numbers straightforward putting everything in writing. Other Acura dealerships in the area were not as straightforward. Which had me drive from north Fort Worth all the way into Dallas to get this done. When I arrived at the dealership, it seemed coordinated between service sales and finance to make this happen, which minimized my time at their dealership. The end result was exactly what we expected when we left the house. All dealerships worked like Goodson Acura, The overall car business would have a much better reputation and more consumers wanting to come in to see cars and spend money. That’s for the other dealerships in the area that I spoke with and I actually purchased my car from I can only tell you that you are missing the big picture. And this time you missed my business and next time you won’t even see it as a possibility. More
