Geoff Murphy was the salesman, Charles Mallard the sales manager and Kiki Rowell handled the financing process. I just cannot say enough about the three. From the start of the process to the end, I never felt rushed and a I felt appreciated as a customer. They answered all my questions and any concerns that I had and we were able to agree on a great price that made both of my six hour round trip travels worth the trouble. I want to add that even after the sale was a done deal and we had basically wrapped everything up, Geoff walked me through a tour of the entire service department in case I needed to use them in the future and he made sure that the truck was completely ready to go before I drove it off the lot. You feel really appreciated as a customer when you receive that kind of attention. At so many places today, customer service only seems to be good If that particular establishment is priced greater, usually a lot greater, than the competition. The usual choice seems to be you either get the discount store experience of good prices and horrible customer service or you get the premium store experience of great customer service but at a high price tag. That is not my experience with Daytona Toyota, however. They gave me both a great customer service experience and a great price. I highly recommend them! More
