I was surprised with the level of service provided to my mother and I; I don’t have too much experience at dealerships and had only been going to Jon Hall Chevy just across the street. Compared to the latter, I’d rather go to Daytona Toyota. Not only was my car serviced (the minimum I needed), my mother and I were guided throughout the dealership property, being told where we could find food/snacks, quiet areas, etc.. We were also guided the moment we arrived, resulting in no confusion. In contrast, I have gone to Jon Hall Chevy for two times now and have not had this been the case there. Again, I was surprised that a dealership would be willing to take customer service to the next level, as I had only heard about negative reviews from most other dealerships of differing brands. I strongly recommend Daytona Toyota for their customer service and overall a great experience waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. More
