I was surprised with the level of service provided to my mother and I; I don’t have too much experience at dealerships and had only been going to Jon Hall Chevy just across the street. Compared to the latte mother and I; I don’t have too much experience at dealerships and had only been going to Jon Hall Chevy just across the street. Compared to the latter, I’d rather go to Daytona Toyota. Not only was my car serviced (the minimum I needed), my mother and I were guided throughout the dealership property, being told where we could find food/snacks, quiet areas, etc.. We were also guided the moment we arrived, resulting in no confusion. In contrast, I have gone to Jon Hall Chevy for two times now and have not had this been the case there. Again, I was surprised that a dealership would be willing to take customer service to the next level, as I had only heard about negative reviews from most other dealerships of differing brands. I strongly recommend Daytona Toyota for their customer service and overall a great experience waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. More

I had narrowed my search to the Ford Fusion and the Toyota Camry; having owned vehicles from both manufacturers in the past. My first visit was to Ford followed by my visit to Daytona Toyota. What a difference, Ford was swarming with people, but it took at least a half hour to be noticed. At Daytona Toyota I was greeted immediately and assigned to Kiki Benrahou. Kiki is the best, she listened to my needs and successfully put together a deal meeting requirements of all parties. Kiki, I commend you for professionalism. Additionally, I wish to thank the gentleman in Finance for his explanation of details and presentation of materials. More
