Very polite and informative While waiting for oil change I did walk the showroom. I was actually thinking of trading up. Maybe even a new Camero. I have a solid payment history w While waiting for oil change I did walk the showroom. I was actually thinking of trading up. Maybe even a new Camero. I have a solid payment history with Alley and my credit has improved to the high 700s. Excellent actually so financing would not of been a problem. However every sales person had their faces in their phones to even notice me. Sad. More

Business vehicle repairs When you own a business and your bottom line is dependent on your company vehicles you need your vehicles on a fast track to repair. Once we dropped o When you own a business and your bottom line is dependent on your company vehicles you need your vehicles on a fast track to repair. Once we dropped our work truck off for repair it sat for 2 days before it was even put in to evaluate the problem. After ordering the wrong parts twice a week and a half later we received our work truck back. All of our work trucks are Dodges and when they go down we are put on priority status since it is a company vehicle. More

car repairs For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the car needed it.I got half way home and had to be towed back to the dealership.Last week I got my oil changed,went outside to leave and there was a big chip in the door handle.It was fixed at no charge to me.But that was 4 trips to the dealership.Every time I come there for service, I have to return.Doug Kircher was very helpful.Every one there that I talked to was very sorry about the trouble. But this is getting old.If I have this again I will take my car some where else. More
