I have bought new Ford vehicles from Family Ford both at their old location in Chicopee and newer location in Enfield. I have experience buying cars at various dealers since 1955; none have had the famil their old location in Chicopee and newer location in Enfield. I have experience buying cars at various dealers since 1955; none have had the family interface that I have had with “Family Ford”. From top to bottom; Mike Moriarty to Greg Larouche to Greg Ayes to Agnes Pusztal, they all treated us very honestly and with complete knowledge of their product. Both my wife Marion and myself feel very comfortable with the dealership and trust the people we deal with. Unlike most other dealerships, we get honest answers and are not pressured to spend unnecessary money. That’s why we come back for service and new cars as the dealership lives up to it’s name….”Family Ford” More
