Employee left his 'old oil bottle' he used to drain with on the skid plate. It turned over on way home and finished dripping on our new garage floor. 4 attempts to get a manager to return my calls. Finally I used a personal email direct to service mgr which produced an apology and next service free offer, which we will not use. More

My experience in shopping for , negotating a price and eventually buying a new Toyota Tocama from this dealership was very positive.
