Jeff Tetreault is my go to guy that makes purchasing a vehicle a no pressure experience for my self, friends and family that I send his way (and who have nothing but rave reviews about Klaben and Jeff). Jeff always makes sure that we get the vehicle we want...did I mention how easy the entire process was and how polite and patient "JT" is? He will go over the vehicle features,explaining any features in detail if you have any questions. I always get reminder cards about service deals and even got a personal phone call to wish me a happy birthday...that's how connected this team is. On the service side, you cant beat the customer service you get from the service team. I've dealt with most of the team over the years and witnessed that other customers get the same courteous experience....Klaben should be proud of their entire staff, and that's why I continue to come back!
