The service writer was very nice. The extended warranty is a joke!! We bought the best extended warranty when we purchased our JEEP.. We had batteries warrantied in 2023 and both we The extended warranty is a joke!! We bought the best extended warranty when we purchased our JEEP.. We had batteries warrantied in 2023 and both were "bad " AGAIN in 2026! We were informed that they would not be covered!? The JEEP had 13K miles on it at purchase, now has 57k on it.... 2 sets of batteries already!?? Nort covered..... WOW! This is why customers do not purchase the extended warranty.... More
