Great Team Effort From my initial visit till that rainy Thursday night, when I left with my new Outback, it was nothing short of a great experience. Bruce Holmes was my initial contact and he was informative and helpful throuout without turning into the pushy sales person type I personally hate. On that Thursday, I showed up without an appointment and Bruce was busy with another customer (my bad). This is where Kimberly Schneid pitched in to assist. Bruce was checking in on us regularly as Kimberly did her part in easing my trepidation over the actual process. I would be remiss if I did not give a healthy shout out for some others that were truly quite helpful. To Daniel Kane, Josh Strickland and Mike McCormack I would like to sincerely thank you as well. Friendly staff, no hard selling, easy transaction. I bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek during Easter weekend so the dealership was really busy, but it didn't;t take long for someone to attend to us and th I bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek during Easter weekend so the dealership was really busy, but it didn't;t take long for someone to attend to us and there was always someone asking us if we were being taken care off during the times our salesperson would be off getting the car from the lot or getting other stuff done. Prior to visiting Subaru of Jacksonville, I was communicating with David over email and he was very responsive and followed up without being pushy like some of the other salespeople from other dealerships I'd contacted who were emailing and calling me constantly. When it came time for the test drive, I was attended to by Kim, and she was very friendly and accommodating. I decided to purchase my very first car after the test drive, and the finance guy, AJ, took care of all the paperwork quickly and efficiently and explained additional add-ons without hard-selling. Definitely recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new Subaru. More

Phenomenal dealership !!! I started looking for a new car on the Internet before I moved to the Jacksonville area and was reluctant to give much personal information online as I started looking for a new car on the Internet before I moved to the Jacksonville area and was reluctant to give much personal information online as I didn’t want to be inundated with emails and phone calls. I was honest and upfront that I didn’t know what I was looking for and that it would still be a few weeks before I moved to the area. A couple of weeks passed and I got an email asking how I was doing with my move and if I had checked out their inventory and seen anything I was interested in. I picked out a few models that were in the range that I had in mind and their response was they would look forward to meeting with me when I settled in and was ready to look. No forceful approach and it was all on my terms. Hmmm, this is unique for a auto dealership I thought!! My sales associate, Kimberly (who would turn out to be the greatest asset of my purchasing experience), did not barrage me with calls, emails and texts at all. How refreshing. I was the one who wrote her and told her I was in town and was ready to make an appointment to look at their inventory. I showed up for my appointment and was greeted by other associates, not to grab me away to get a sale but to make me feel welcomed and comfortable while one of them let Kimberly know I was there. Nothing about her was shady or slick, she was down to earth, relateably and we’ll prepared, ready to show me models that she felt were ones that matched the criteria I was looking for. It was all about what I wanted, nothing about pushing an automobile that they wanted to get off the lot. After narrowing it down to two cars, we took a test drive at my choosing in the one that was a little bit extra than what I wanted to spend but had some really premium features to it. After the test drive, my mind was made up. That was my car. Kimberly wanted to make sure I didn’t want to see or test drive others, even asking if I wanted to have a car brought over from a nearby holding lot. I told her no, that this car was the one. Inside we went to discuss price. Since it was more than what I wanted to spend, I thought to myself that this is where it’s going to get uglÿ. After a DISCUSSION (no back and forth haggling), we agreed on an extremely fair price and the car was mine. AND while we did the paperwork, they were prepping the car so I could drive it home that day. It took a awhile to see the finance guy but it was because they sell a lot of cars so Kimberly sat with me and exchanged stories. Quite a personable salesperson and a kind one at that. I got into the finance dept to sign all the papers and I believe his name was Mike, he also was very thoughtful, he apologized for the wait and promised we’d get through this as quickly as possible. There is A LOT of paperwork he needed to print out and have me sign but he was quite efficient and when I didn’t understand something, he explained it to me thoroughly in layman terms and didn’t try a hard sell on anything. Yes, I bought some extra insurance and service packages but the pros outweighed the cons and I don’t regret it at all. Many I was unfamiliar with and some may take you by surprise but you don’t have to feel rushed. You can think about it for a day or two and this way not feel like you were scammed. Trust me, I’m from NYC and have some street smarts, nobody was pushing anything down my throat. I bought the extras and a month later I still feel positive about my decision and am glad that Subaru offers such services. To me, it showed that they care more about their customers and their reputation. I won’t be needing another car for some time but if I did, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Not just because Subaru has such a great consumer rating but because of Kimberly, she really had been the greatest from Day One and I wouldn’t hesitate giving her my business again. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, caring, thoughtful, smart and puts you as #1 over anything else. So if you’re looking for a solid, dependable car with some really great safety features (and some extras to pamper yourself), look at a Subaru. If you’re near Jacksonville, FL, look up Kimberly, she won’t steer (no pun intended) you wrong!!! Subaru of Jacksonville is the best! More

Only The Best I live chatted for a couple of weeks before going to the dealership. I was assigned a sales associate who contacted me by email and was ready when I a I live chatted for a couple of weeks before going to the dealership. I was assigned a sales associate who contacted me by email and was ready when I arrived at the appointment time I had requested. The manager emailed during this period to let me know he was aware of my interest. My sales associate was Kimberly. She was very knowledgeable about the models I was interested in. I test drove a couple and she offered more. She understood my specific needs and wants and worked with me to get the Legacy I wanted, even offering to order one. Once I made a decision (with no pressure from her), she went over all the features and showed me how to use them. A couple of weeks after the purchase, she called to make sure all was well and I was happy. The manager came over during the process, introduced himself and thanked me for considering the dealership. Before I left he thanked me for the purchase. In the first month I called twice with questions related to the paperwork. My questions were answered quickly and correctly. My only suggestion would be to shorten the time needed to complete the paperwork. It seemed to be inordinately long. All in all, a top notch experience. More
