Customer service was good. Only one the employees are Abit f I purchased a car from Sam which so far I really like but I did have one problem with the car which is causing me to keep going back to the dealership I purchased a car from Sam which so far I really like but I did have one problem with the car which is causing me to keep going back to the dealership every week and that was the tire light finally they got the problem fixed so hopefully it'll stay fixed. I was accommodated in every kind of way and I have no complaints about the customer service as far as they issue goes. More

He told us upfront that our price range was in a good place For the model we wanted and worked to get us within that range. He was a no nonsense salesman with no pressure. We left another dealership where we wasted half our day and found Kirk! Best decision we made was buying our new Kia Sportage from Kirk at Moritz Kia in Hurst! Thanks for staying late Kirk. We maybe back sooner than later to trade in our Sorento for a new Telluride! More
