Steven Johnson was very professional and extremely helpful. I never felt pressured during the whole experience. He was very keen to make sure my time was not wasted and did everything to make me feel helpful. I never felt pressured during the whole experience. Wonderful Experience--No pressure I went in to just look at a car. As I was discussing things with Kirti, he told me some advantages to buying a new car. He was pleasant and helpful I went in to just look at a car. As I was discussing things with Kirti, he told me some advantages to buying a new car. He was pleasant and helpful and very patient with me. We looked at a few cars and then he said " I have the car you want'. He went and got it... and HRV, and wouldn't you know, I loved it. My husband and I decided that a lease would work great, and that's what we did. Very patient people, did not push to buy...which is great. Because when people push to buy, to me they come off as dishonest. But Kirti did his best to really help us. More
