Frankie also helped us through the final process, made sure our trade-in went smoothly, and even installed the all-weather mats for us. There was no pressure at all. Everything was explained clearly to me and my wife, including warranty and maintenance options, without any hidden fees or surprises. The finance person Bryant and the general sales manager Haik and New car Manager Armin were also very kind and professional from start to finish. Everyone we met—sales, finance, used car appraisal—treated us with respect and made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a very pleasant and smooth experience, and I highly recommend Santa Monica Volvo if you want honesty, knowledge, and great customer service. More
