They do not negotiate on price and wouldn’t even do an oil change ( was due in 800 miles) or correct the tire pressure as we asked( were all 20psi over). We requested a full tank of gas because it was at a quarter, they took it to 3/4 and waited til the end of the sales process which took forever. We were there doing paperwork for a couple hours and then had to wait for them to get back with it. Asked for a bottle of touch up paint and they said they would order on for us but we have to drive the 30min back to get it. More
