Since I was a child, my dad and I would purchase cars, from Rolls Royce to Mercedes to Bentleys. This was the best experience I've had so far. Franco gave good old-fashioned customer service. Great cars, sales person is very knowledgeable and patient. Return for the second time in two years to purchase a vehicle. I first purchased a vehicle from them in 2016 and I had a good experience in patient. Return for the second time in two years to purchase a vehicle. I first purchased a vehicle from them in 2016 and I had a good experience in buying from them. Fast forward, my experience drove me there to purchase another vehicle. As I tried negotiating with the sales team on my purchased, I asked if they could sweeting up the deal since I am a returning costumer and I had to wait 3 weeks for the title to come in for me to purchase the car. quite frankly I was not expecting them to budge since I had already spent 3 days prior trying to negotiate. I felt very insulted, shamed, and disrespected when the salesperson walked into the room to offer me the deal. His offering which he stated came down from the general manager was two hats, one for me and one for my son. I could not believe what I heard so I paused and asked the financial manager if that was in fact the offer made to me. I almost walked out without purchasing the car. As I felt it was in insult to my intelligence or in fact just pure arrogance. The least they could have said was, Sir the price is nonnegotiable, but we appreciate your loyalty and service. but to offer me hats was insulting and an embarrassing experience. Very bad way to insult another mans intelligence. Besides that Charles, the sales person has always been a good sales person, very insightful and helpful More
