I've been driving used Crosstrek for 10 days. I was sent home without important documents like Carfax Report and Buy Out agreement on my trade-in. When I called Chris and accepted his offer of a follow-up appointment I told him waiting 6 mo for a patch and fill kit that is missing and one rim repair was unacceptable (We owe items). I have had no response. I was also told that the AC was checked (dye run) and refilled showing no leaks. The AC has worked for 5 days and now it is out. I’m furious. I've corresponded with Sales manager Kort, as well. No response. The check I wrote for my purchase has been cashed and my sales team has gone dark. More
