Process was okay. The vehicle wasn't inspected well as it was sold to me with multiple problems and a coolant leak. Even though I was delayed picking it up so it could The vehicle wasn't inspected well as it was sold to me with multiple problems and a coolant leak. Even though I was delayed picking it up so it could be inspected....The financing portion was awful. Not the people but the policies. What's the point of a bank check if you hold my vehicle for 10 days. Probably just to funnel me back to your financing. People would respect the process more if you were just honest about that part....Also the out of state tag tax title process is lacking thought to put it nicely. You didn't trust me to go transfer the title but still needed me go to the same place upon my return to Oklahoma so I could pay them $4 for a vin inspection and then overnight it back to you so you can submit the paperwork. That's not smart and a waste of my time and doesn't protect your dealership as I could just not do that.....I will not purchase another vehicle from a dealer that makes me do that. More
