After an awful experience at another dealership, I was hesitant to even walk in the door. But, boy am I glad I did! From beginning to end, it was a pleasurable experience. Jim was beyond kind and helpful during this leasing process. I went in unsure which option would be best for me. He took the time to explain each option and got me into the vehicle I wanted at a price process. I went in unsure which option would be best for me.
