Jim was beyond kind and helpful during this leasing process. I went in unsure which option would be best for me. I really enjoyed Kim! She took her to explain and review the 2021 k5 GT line! She also was able to get the exact vechile I showed her! The North Olmstead location didn’t have the one I wanted and she made the 2021 k5 GT line! She also was able to get the exact vechile I showed her! I live over 40 minutes away from Halleen Kia, and have multiple Kia dealerships too chose from that are much closer to my home. However, Halleen Kia is such a better dealership to work with, that I don't multiple Kia dealerships too chose from that are much closer to my home. However, Halleen Kia is such a better dealership to work with, that I don't mind the distance. The service department if responsive, straight-forward, and doesn't treat you like an idiot. The sales team doesn't have the constant turn-over that many other dealerships seem to have. You can expect to work with the same salesperson years later, which is an indication of a well-managed dealership. I will continue to go to Halleen Kia for my new car purchase and service needs, and consistently recommend them to my friends and co-workers in the Cleveland area. More
